# AI Workflow Scorecard

> A self-guided readiness check for one operational workflow.

Answer the questions for one task your business already does and that costs you when it is slow or wrong. Following up leads, answering support emails, handling documents, building a regular report, or finding internal information are all good examples.

Describe how things work today, not the project you hope to run. Value is what the current way costs you. Repetition is how often the same steps happen. Data readiness is whether the information already sits in a tool you use. Integration is whether AI can work with your current tools without replacing them. Risk asks what happens if the result is wrong and who must check it. Readiness asks whether the people doing the work are able to change how they do it.

The result is a guide, not a cost calculation or a go-ahead to build. A strong result means the task is worth a closer look. A weak result usually means the problem is ownership, data, or risk, or that the underlying software needs work first.
