# Client proof and measurement

> Verified client comments, and measured case studies only when a baseline and an operating result exist.

A client comment and a measured case study are different things. Comments on this page are published with the person's name and company. A measured case study is added only when a project recorded a starting point and a result afterwards. Until then, we do not publish made-up percentages, logos, or before-and-after claims.

We use the same standard on every project. We record how long the work takes, how much there is, and where it goes wrong. After the change, we compare the result with that starting point, and you decide whether to expand it.
