# APPSOLN > APPSOLN Technology builds custom software, integrates AI into business systems, and automates operational workflows for growing and enterprise teams. APPSOLN Technology is a software engineering and AI automation company. It works with founders, CEOs, COOs, operations leaders, transformation leaders, and IT leaders at operations-heavy businesses of about 20 to 250 people. The delivery stack is full-stack development, testing, DevOps, and cloud. AI services sit on that stack: an opportunity review, workflow integration, automation, adoption and governance, and fractional advisory. The default is to improve a workflow around systems the team already uses. New software is built when the operating system is missing or no longer fits the work. An engagement starts from one workflow: what it costs today, where the handoffs and exceptions are, what data is available, and how success will be measured. A team can hire one layer or the full path. The AI Workflow Opportunity Review is the decision engagement when the priority is still unclear.
