## Notes

- Public prices are USD per month, excluding applicable taxes and third-party usage. Enterprise is a starting price and requires a custom scope and quote.
- Hours and FTE are planning allocations. Meetings, reviews, QA and documentation consume the same capacity. Delivery outcomes depend on the agreed backlog.
- Dedicated = a full-time client allocation during agreed working hours. Shared = fractional allocation across clients. Workstreams are related delivery tracks, not unlimited projects.
- Included services consume the same team allocation. Listing AI, QA, DevOps and architecture does not create additional unlimited capacity.
- Implementation of complex AI models, penetration testing, compliance audits, major migrations and 24/7 operations requires an agreed scope or separate quote.
- Third-party cloud bills, AI tokens, SMS/email usage, paid licenses, domains and subscriptions are paid by the client.

## Delivery and commercial terms

- **Global pricing.** Use the same USD plan rates in the USA, UAE, India, Australia, Europe and other markets. Any private discount requires a revised quote.
- **Billing.** Monthly in advance. Proposed prices exclude applicable taxes. Tax treatment is determined for each invoice.
- **Kickoff.** Start after scope agreement, payment, access and staffing confirmation. Do not promise same-day dedicated staffing before availability is confirmed.
- **Minimum term.** Proposed initial 3-month engagement; optional shorter pilot by separate quote.
- **Working schedule.** Agreed business hours and time-zone overlap. Dedicated allocations do not imply round-the-clock availability.
- **Shared role allocation.** Book fractional capacity in advance. Small fractions are consultations or scoped tasks, and may be combined in one appropriately qualified person.
- **Backlog and priorities.** Client and PM agree priorities. New requests replace or extend existing work according to the remaining capacity.
- **Parallel projects.** Starter and Growth use one primary workstream. Larger plans support more tracks if staffing and dependencies permit. No plan promises unlimited projects.
- **Scope and milestones.** Agree outcomes after discovery. Monthly team capacity does not guarantee completion of an unknown fixed scope.
- **Response and resolution.** Priority describes queue order. Confirm contractual response hours and escalation rules separately. Resolution depends on severity and dependencies.
- **QA coverage.** Agree browsers, devices, environments and test depth. Testing uses the QA allocation and development time where required.
- **Specialists.** Architect, AI, DevOps, BA and design allocations are shared unless explicitly marked dedicated. Larger needs require reallocation or an add-on quote.
- **Third-party charges.** Hosting, licenses, AI usage, SMS/email and subscriptions are separate. Prefer client-owned vendor accounts.
- **Changes and upgrades.** Approve added capacity and fees before extra work begins. Avoid absorbing unpriced additional developers or specialists.
- **Code and access ownership.** Use client-owned repositories and accounts where possible. Define IP transfer, third-party code and payment conditions in the agreement.
- **Unused allocation.** Proposed rule: unused capacity expires at month-end unless a written carryover is agreed.
- **Pause and cancellation.** Proposed 30-day notice after the minimum term. Specify handover, access removal and final payment in the agreement.
- **Enterprise configuration.** The $25,000 model is an illustrative starting team. Final roles, allocations, support and scope determine the quote.
