What these notes are for
Insights are operating notes for people who have to choose, integrate, and govern an AI workflow. They are not product announcements and they are not a substitute for looking at your own process. A useful note helps a founder, COO, or operations leader decide what evidence to collect, which use case to defer, and which control has to exist before a model output is allowed to update a system of record.
Drafts stay unpublished until the article is ready for readers. That is deliberate. An index full of unfinished posts creates thin URLs and implies advice that has not been checked. When an article is published, it appears in this list with its title and can be linked from the related service or solution. Until then, the practical material on this site is the service definitions, the solution pages, the scorecard, and the process sequence.
If you want the notes when they are published, the subscription form on this page collects an email address for that purpose. It does not start an engagement.
