Operational workflows where practical AI can earn its place

Each solution page focuses on one workflow: the current problem, where AI helps, where it does not, and how integration and governance should work.

How to read a solution page

Each solution page is one workflow, not a catalogue of features. It states the operational problem, the manual path teams use today, where AI can help, and where it should not be trusted. It also names the systems that usually have to stay in place, the human review that should remain, and the metrics that make a later claim of improvement testable.

Use these pages to prepare an internal conversation before you apply. A useful candidate is repeated, costly when it fails, and connected to data the business already keeps. A weak candidate depends on undocumented exceptions, has no owner, or would require replacing a system of record just to run a pilot. If more than one workflow looks plausible, score them before commissioning an implementation. The Opportunity Review exists for that comparison.

Bring the page that matches your workflow to the first conversation. Be ready to say how the work is done this week, which system holds the record, and what a person must still approve. That is enough to tell whether the next step is a scorecard, a review, or a decision to wait. A solution page is not a proposal and it does not imply that every company in that function should buy the same tool.
