Fractional advisory gives busy leaders ongoing, independent AI advice without hiring a full-time expert. We regularly review which ideas to pursue, which to stop, and which safeguards are missing. It is not unlimited development work, and your leadership still makes the decisions. When an idea is ready to build, we scope it as a separate project.
Each session has a simple agenda: new proposals, what we learned since last time, decisions made, and risks that changed. We use the same simple scoring as the scorecard and the Opportunity Review, so everyone uses the same language from meeting to meeting.
